1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The item is returned unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
  • The return request is initiated within 15 days of receiving the product (as per tracking information).

Note: Customized or personalized items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact us page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN inside the package.
  4. Ship the product to the return address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including but not limited to freight charges, insurance, and packaging expenses.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Notify you of the inspection results via email.
  • Process the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days if the return is approved.

Note: All shipping related fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Follow the return process mentioned above and indicate your preference for an exchange. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.


5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Clearance, open box or final sale items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or error. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already been processed or shipped.
