- A Note on Chemicals: Avoid all chemical solvents, alcohols, or citrus-based cleaners. These aggressive agents will strip the RST finish and void your 2026 manufacturer warranty.
- Artisanal Glass (Aura™ & Meridian™ Series): For hand-blown elements, use a 50/50 mixture of distilled water and white vinegar. Always spray the solution onto a lint-free cloth first—never directly onto the RST socket assembly or wiring.
2. Technical Maintenance for Professionals
